I know that things may sometimes feel like it's all too much.

An influx of demands that creates a feeling of overwhelm, of being pulled in a dozen different directions, the feeling of being stuck in this place we wish not be, the not having enough, doing enough, always more to do... the chaos of it all feels like there is no end to it ever...but the truth is all we can do is one thing at a time!

We can try and do multiple things at once, but I am sure you know how that usually works out...I certainly do...lol...not so great ;)

So in the midst of it all, slow down even if just for a moment...and BREATHE darling souls. Ground yourself in breath, allow your thoughts to come and go, holding on to none of it just for a moment...they are not going anywhere...so let them be and nurture yourself with a little reprieve to nourish yourself with the grace of your own presence.

Sometimes that alone is enough to allow us to regroup ourselves, to refocus and to invite in the allowing of space for clarity to come through.

Remember you are one person. Do the best you can with what you have where you are at, but also take pause and give thanks to yourself for doing your best. Nothing is ever perfect, none of us are either.

Where you are may not be where you want to be but knowing where you are, acknowledging it and then with focus, presence and a little bit of breathing room you can figure out where you want to be from where you are...focus there, give your energy there One breath, One thought, One Step at a time and before you know it your own your way ;)
